Drinkaware ‘Cut Back, Feel Better’ Campaign
Cut Back, Feel Better is a campaign from Drinkaware designed to support those who wish to moderate their drinking or to abstain from drinking at key periods in the year. This will be the second January in succession we will be running the campaign that emphasises the numerous benefits that cutting back on alcohol can bring, such as weight loss, improved sleep and mental wellbeing.
Cut back and feel better invites people to download the Drinkaware: track and calculate units app to help them reduce their drinking. The app is used by more than 200,000 people to track their drinking in terms of units, calories and even what they spend; they can also set personal goals, and targets and get ‘nudge’ notifications when they approach local ‘weak spots’.
